MINICICCIOLI

31.12.2021-16.01.2022
Vicenza

In the night at the border, small and loud noises explode. It happens that moments follow one another relentlessly, and each time they ignite, they invite the context to explore metamorphoses and new forms, discovering possible desires.

MINICICCIOLI presents the works resulting from the research of 25 artists from the Vicenza area, guiding us with awe toward unexplored paths: Mattia Bertolo, Nicola Bertolo, Saverio Bonato, Sofia Bonato, Marta Braggio, Martina Camani, Chiara Cecconello, Elena Della Corna, Silvia Faresin, Andrea Grotto, Alessio Guarda, Link Hg, Stefan Milosavljevic, Giacomo Modolo, Teresa Molon, Nero/Alessandro Neretti, Giulio Polloniato, Francesco Pozzato, Fabio Ranzolin, Marco Reghelin, Gianna Rubini, Thomas Scalco, Matteo Valerio, Christian Manuel Zanon.

As a tribute to the small great gestures, tender and sincere wishes, and tiny creatures and areas, MINICICCIOLI is an anthem to action, seemingly imperceptible at first. The universally known firecrackers, also a somewhat nostalgic part of our childhood and adolescence, become a symbol of a delicate and strong way of interacting and relating, capable of generating a clear and precise noise.

During the exhibition period, Chiara Cecconello and Luca Gallio present Primo studio su Marsia, a performance resulting from days of residency within the space.
